We offer assessments, therapy, and consultations. We assess children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Assessments can offered virtually or in person (please note some types of assessments need an in person component). We also do neuropsychological assessments. For therapy, we offer individual and group formats.

We work within a range of approaches and bring skills from different modalities. Our clinicians have training in working with neurodivergent groups. Sometimes, we find that we work on changing our patterns of thought when they are unhelpful for us (CBT). Other times, it is more important to focus on having and creating distance from our thoughts in order to live meaningful lives (ACT).
